We needed to replace the liner on our dryer. I ordered the liner from the manufacturer and ordered this high-temp adhesive. The adhesive was easy to apply and works great.

Needed to replace LF front loader Dryer Drum Felts - worked great - used less than 1/2 tube for job :). Be careful on how much you’re paying for this. 1x or 2x - makes a difference. It works great - Gets tacky fairly quickly - but gives you ~5 minutes to move about before it really starts to set firmly - ~20 minutes to dry There’s a few good videos online to help. Be sure to place the felt on drum 1st - that’s the “fun part” - then from the drum edge lift up and run a small bead along the drum’s outer edge - backed off from its lip. Note the glue really wants to get all over the outside felt that will be making the actual seal with your dryer frame - any you want to avoid this from happening.Q: How did we know that we needed to replace the drum felts? …If you’ve been using your dryer for a few years and (NOTE:) AND you notice that the top of the dryer is warmer during use than it use to be - realize that your dryer drums’s “felts” probably need replacing. Also, besides your dryer duct work being clogged and needing cleaning out (at least annually) - old drum felts - because they’re allowing drying heat to escape the drum - this lowers your dyer’s efficiency at drying clothes compared to earlier at the same settings for the same amount of time…WARNING: FIRE DANGER - Because the felts are allowing the in drum hot air to escape into the dryer cabinet - they are also letting the unfiltered dryer dust into the cabinet - which is problematic and can add to the danger of a in-box fire. Which are to be avoided ;-)Replacing the felts is Not a huge job to do for the average handyman/woman with the great videos online - but along with 2x drum felts - you need some of this high temp adhesive. Please note that the average price for a tube of this Whirlpool adhesive on Amazon of this is between ~$13 and $24 -for the same tube! Go Figure! Even Funnier - the prices difference of high and low are from Amazon resellers of products from the same LG Amazon store - its just that some resellers think you would rather pay 2x+ for the same product? Really???So shop diligently. And if Amazon website’s online search / OR / Amazon’s smartphone in-app search doesn’t easily produce the better prices for this product due to advertising fees paid by resellers - to get our attention - try a Google browser search for this adhesive + including the word Amazon … :)

I found the adhesive not too runny, and I was able to control flow with a small hole in the tube mouth. On a mostly horizontal surface, it was easy to smear on. Because the glue dries quickly, I worked on 1/4 circle at a time. I use 1” capacity binder clips to clamp the felt, and let each section cure for 20 min before gluing the next. The instructions on the tube did not give a curing time, so I let the thing sit for 24 hrs for reassembly.Bonus: Despite storms across the country, and an estimated 7 day delivery time, the product arrived in 3 days. Yay!

I bought this glue because the round rolled fabric seal on my dryer door started to come off, about 1/3 of it. This glue is not easy to work with. It is very sticky, thick and red. I would have liked it much better if it were clear - but it has dove the kid very efficiently. I reattached the seal and it is holding up well through repeated drying of clothes. It looks a little messy on the door because of the red color but after awhile you don’t notice it anymore. All I care about is that it has held the seal in place and saved me an expensive service call.

Worked like a charm to attach new bumper feet on my stove top burner grates that I destroyed by placing in the self clean oven cycle. Yes, I did that. Lesson learned? Have someone else read what's OK to place in the oven during the cycle. Missing the 'not' word was costly :-o
