Installed in the summer for AC. Now that the seasons changed I found out the PCB is only sending 82vac to igniter. 110vac is supplied. The return window is closed.

My XR95 had this issue which an HVAC tech diagnosed. I ordered it and self installed following the the connections on the old circuit board.

Circuit board arrived quickly and was easy to install following other reviewers advice to replace one wire at a time from the old board.

My furnace is 8 years old and this is the third board. I was getting the dreaded 3 flashes that indicated a pressure switch issue. Replaced the switch, no change. Read another reviewer who had the same problem. Replaced the board and works like it should. Iām positive the board is mounted too close to the heat exchanger and eventually it goes bad. See picture.

Exactly what was needed to replace the board in my trane xr80.Old board kept claiming there was a pressure switch issue (light blinking 3 times on call for heat) but after trying a new switch and manually sending tripping it, we were able to get heat which lead me to believe the issue was the board.Took some good pictures and moved the wires over one by one to the new board, fired everything up and that was it, finally had heat again. Super easy swap took about 20 minutes and saved God knows how much money.

I was having issues with the blower running continuously and the furnace not cycling properly and was getting a code for the igniter even though it was new and was working. This was a direct replacement for my furnace and took about 15 minutes to install myself and the furnace is working better than ever. The temperature is remaining within 1 degree of the thermostat setting.
