The pockets hold a 3lb brick weight and 4 1/2 lb lead weights very well put together Velcro and a snap lock to hold everything in place also you can attach the pockets to you tank harnessed as well

Pocket does not close using a snap buckle. These came with velcro which does not last over time. They are not even comparable to the images used to advertise this product.
