Head unit came in used or damaged as the copper pipes not seal and front of the unit scratched badly.

First time installing a mini split and it turned out great! Has been only about a week but cooling my 2nd floor great. Did also have to buy the mounting bracket, trim to hide hoses and a vacuum pump with R410a adapter. But for the price compared to having someone install one you can’t beat it. I do have a mechanical background so the install was very easy to do. Highly recommend!

I have only used it once, but so far it is good. My space is slightly larger than the stated capacity, but on this hot and humid day, it brought the temperature down 5 degrees in about an hour.Installation is pretty easy, directions are mostly good, although the video is sometimes difficult to follow, when the installer does the opposite of what is written down at the bottom of the screen, but that is actually when you get to the part to be done by an HVAC specialist. The worst part for me was to install the drain under the outside unit. That is never mentioned in the video, so the lesson here is to make sure you read the manual. One thing I would recommend is that you do not connect the hoses to the inside unit until you have it installed. In 95% of installations, you will have a much easier time connecting them to the unit once the short section that is already on the unit is sticking out the wall.Since this mini-split was so inexpensive, my hope at this point is that it will continue working properly for a few years so I don’t need to modify this review!

not a difficult install you have to put a 2 to 4 inch hole thru the wall dont forget the spray foam i would recommend getting the wallmount brackets and the pvc line cover kit when ordering about another 100 bucks makes install clean and professional also don't forget your whip line and outside 60amp pull disconnect box other than that get copper flare locks some are purple in color some are just copper they are a copper gasket for flare fitting for extra piece of mind and no freon leaks you should be able to buy an assortment kit on amazon this thing is very quiet and cools awesome! you'll wake up with a blanket on and the sniffles LOL very happy with this purchase

I am very impressed with the unit. It heats our tiny house with no problem at all. It is extremely quiet and you can barely hear it running at all.It was very simple to install, it took me about an hour to get everything done.I can't say enough good about the unit.

We purchased this for our guest room/office. While that room has ducts it is never heated and cooled adequately. Easy to install and looking to buy another one for my husbands garage! High recommend!
