I was so ready to get rid of my stroller and decided to invest in a sportier one that comfortably fits two kids. This item has decent leg space and extra storage in the back that is essential. It is pretty easy to convert from stroller to trolley behind a bike. I haven’t yet tried to fold it and fit it in the car but I imagine it would be pretty bulky. I keep it set up and ready to go for our daily adventures.

This review is for the Wike Premium Double bike trailer (and stroller/jogger). It's obvious that this product is superbly designed and constructed. Nothing cheap about it. It has a kind of "quick release" wheel mechanism and it folds up easily for storage or to transport in a car trunk. No assembly required, save attaching the wheels and tow bar. Has a hard floor and a seat raised above the floor. All excellent materials throughout. According to me, a "dream machine". I did get faked out by spindles used to protect the product during shipment: thought they were the wheel axles, but they are meant to be discarded. I had to search a little to find the owner's manual (unpacking in good light helps). Came double-boxed from Amazon. I had an excellent experience calling their customer service: the person with whom I spoke was fully knowledgeable about the product, communicated very well, and was most courteous and friendly. (I do not yet know whether the name of the company is pronounced as one syllable or two.) It seems to me that one cannot go wrong buying one of these; I'm pleased that I did, after searching through a lot of reviews and descriptions of competitors' products.

I've been researching bike trailers for a long time, 14 years, maybe. I've inherited or scavenged used ones in the past, and they have done the job for cheap or free. The WIKE was my first full priced purchase of a bike trailer, very worth it. Its in the middle of the price range, yet it feels high-end, it shipped quickly, arrived in a state that required about 10 minutes of setup, with no special tools needed, maybe no tools at all. Thoughtful design notes like the chest harness and helmet setback and highly adjustable handlebar. It folds up simply. Unlike higher priced alternatives, the stroller, jogger, and bike trailer pieces are all included with the WIKE, instead of $100 upsells. Its so easy to use, since getting it a month ago, I've taken the kids out on bike rides of over a mile every weekend. its already gotten me out of the house and out to a park about half a mile away with my entire clan of 5 kids, the older kids ride their bikes, the two that are too little to keep up ride in the bike trailer, it rides well even over the bumpy, grassy field that surrounds the playground at my local park. My two dissatisfactions are that it doesn't lend itself to standing upright when folded, and the parking brake is harder to engage than I'd prefer. Not being an engineer, I don't know how they could improve that, but those are the weak points. It has replaced a red canvas wagon, a tandem stroller, and a bike trailer, so while its unwieldy to store (aren't all kid conveyances, though?) its saved room by replacing three other bulky items. A great buy, I feel really good about this purchase.

The trailer is pretty good for the most part but it was missing some parts that the instructions said it had, such as cotter pins. I had to go to the hardware store to buy some. I had to make some adjustments on the back tires so they wouldn't rub. The instructions are very poorly done. If you cant figure things out very easily do not attempt with this item.

If you already have a bike and need a carrier for your children. This is a excellent option. Really easy to set up. I have a 1 almost 2 year old and things can be very hard to set up. This came equipped with instructions and easy to use system. When we took the bike on the trail such a easy ride. I did not even feel the weight in the back with child in back. The shocks on the bike are very resistant as well. Did not feel bouncing or tugging. Highly recommend the two seater if you are planning on having another child if not they do sell singles very happy with this purchase thank you Wike

My wife had been asking for a bike trailer to pull our 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. About two months ago, I began searching for the right bike trailer for our family. To my surprise, there were numerous bike trailer's to choose from. After many weeks of research, we decided to purchase the WIKE PREMIUM DOUBLE for the following reasons:1) Space...Space...and more space (We have four kids - 6,4,3,1yoa - who love riding their bikes through the trail. This trailer can comfortably hold 2 kids and 3 kids can squeeze into this trailer. It had the most space of any trailer.)2) Height (My 6 year old daughter sat in the trailer with ease. Once seated, she had more than enough head clearance. I WAS SURPRISED. She is 46 inches tall.)3) Comfort/ Ease of use/ Safety (It comes with 2 adjustable back rest cushions. Kids enjoyed riding in it. Took 10 minutes to setup out of box. Has a cage like effect so if the trailer flips. Although, l do not think that would be a problem since its base is wide. The trailer is light weight compared to other double trailers.Seems like a deal, right!?!? Not so fast...On Thursday, September 14, 2017, I purchased this Wike Premium double stroller. It cost $500.00. Did I mention that it cost $500.00? I was willing to pay the price because it is such a good product that is perfect for my family. On Saturday, September 16, 2017, I received my purchase. I was so excited! I was ready to go on a bike ride. When I opened the box and began putting it together, I noticed it was the WIKE MOONLITE (a cheaper version without the 3 in 1 feature). We were disappointed. I called AMAZON customer service. I had to drive to a UPS store and drop off the wrong item before AMAZON WOULD REFUND ME.They put the refund on a gift card and had me repurchase the WIKE PREMIUM DOUBLE. Amazon customer service told me the right item would be delivered to me by Monday, September 18, 2017.On Monday, September 18, 2017, I began to track the package. I was getting excited again! Around 1pm, the status of the package turned from green to black. Not good. The package was delayed. Being proactive, I contacted AMAZON customer service who advised the package was lost in transit. Disappointed and frustrated. That's how I felt. If I had not called AMAZON, it would have taken days before anything would have happened. The AMAZON customer service representative repeated the process again. Refund on Amazon gift card...purchase the item for the THIRD time.I asked the AMAZON customer service representative if I could get an upgrade to the WIKE SOFTIE DOUBLE. She did not have the authority to authorize the upgrade. She gave me a $30 AMAZON GIFT CARD for my trouble. WHAT A JOKE!I contacted THE WALK AND BIKE COMPANY. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE THE ITEM WAS FULFILLED THROUGH AMAZON. C'mon WIKE. STEP UP!Hopefully after the 3rd purchase I will get the right product that won't get lost in transit.STAY TUNED, MORE TO COME...
