Easy to set up and also to set up the timer for feeding times. 225lb capacity with a pretty much waterproof lid design. stores up 4 feeding times a day. One feature I really like is the varmint proof spinner plate. When the feeder comes on, the plate will drop to let it eject the corn and once the plate stops spinning the plate moves back up and seals off the drum. Works great. Throws common deer corn up about 30' in all direction. Fairly quiet.

Holy crap the design of this is flawed like crazy. The plastic pieces they give you for the lid snap the first time you want to open the lid to fill the unit. The legs. don't get my started on the legs. I got this as a lake fish feeder. I haven't even gotten it into the lake yet because the legs should snap or screw together. They don't so when you pick it up to move it you can bet one or all of the legs are going to come apart in one of the 4 places you slide them together. This thing might actually do when the video says it will do when I get it in the water. But I would not advise anyone purchase this thing until the company can have a higher quality hinge for the lid made, and the issue with the legs coming apart is settled. Even if it costs a few more dollars it would make it higher quality. For no this is on my when it breaks I won't replace it list.

I purchased this last year. I will echo the problem with the legs not being able to be connected together so every time you move it they come apart. In addition, one of the legs ;buckled and broke because they are not strong enough to support a half full hopper. Finally, I had to build my own latch to keep the lid closed because the one provided didn't even stand up to a 10 mph wind. Hope they can fix this product.

It didn't come with any battery. The place where the spout mounts you have to use a drill bit, a little excessive when the box says 15 min install. Then having the adjust where the feeder sits so the corn won't jam was an additional 15 mins to figure out. Not worth the money

To the person that says this feeder doesn't keep out critters is 100% FALSE! I bought this feeder for an upcoming public hunt and needed something enexpensive and in a hurry. To my surprise this feeder has a really cool design to keep criters away. The plate that throws the corn has springs with weights on it. As the plate spins, the centrifugal force pushes the weights down to release the corn. When the plate is done spinning, the plate retracts back up to the cone attached to the barrel, leaving now gaps or ways for critters to get corn out. Freakin genius! The setup was easy and the timer swtting was straightforward. I will be buying more of these in the future!

I like the way the spinner plate is designed no more getting feed from it without the motor. I use different feeders but these are our go to feeders,

Ive had one of these for 7years with the solar batter charger, it still working good. Purchased a 2nd one for am Christmas Present this past year and they Love it.
