My lefthanded outfielder wanted a high-end glove to use for outfield play. The 13" model of the glove is big, like really big, but doesn't look to egregious for a larger kid. I wouldn't give this to a 12u player, but it is suitable for a middle-schooler. It breaks in fast, and is comfortable for him to wear.

The glove is really stiff. It takes a real long time to break in. I don’t recommend steaming the glove. I steamed a glove too much and it became too soft.

Excellent glove, takes some break in time, about 10 days of regular use. Fantastic Japanese craftsmanship, this will last and it looks awesome
