This “dead blow” hammer is rubber. It bounces off whatever you hit with it. It should not be advertised as a dead blow hammer. Haven’t had it very long and the rubber has already come apart revealing the metal inside. Pretty lousy for a company who makes probably the best vices around.

I bought this because it’s a good brand, but I had it for 2 months and it fell apart. Almost $90 should buy a quality product. Very disappointed.

This dead blow bounces so it does not deliver the same blow buy a good brand orange dead blow hammer instead

Did not even last a day at work..10 swings in and it split. Not durable at all... very disappointing.

Great handle, awesome looking. The head only lasted for about 15 swings then the rubber split and the shot came out.
