I bought this for my mother and had to remove the lever (Which is why I bought it for her) and create and fashion a new push handle for her to finish making her Christmas cookies. it worked well for a while but I'm disappointed in how quickly it began to malfunction after just a week. :-/

The description did not say the product was used or damaged. Gave the benefit of the doubt and did an exchange. Second one came in a taped up damaged box too. Can't find where I was ever refunded.

Mine may have just been defective. Literally the worst . Not only incredibly inconsistent, it often just didn’t work at all. Sent this garbage back

This was not as pictured. It looked like it had been run over or something. I scrubbed and scrubbed and was unable to make it look suitable to use myself much less gift to my daughter. It was stated tone in excellent condition....I don’t know who would think that

I used one of these prior to purchasing, absolutely wonderful to use! This is so much better than older types - easier on the hands!! and I love the fact that it is durable!!!

Been making Spritz every year for 25 years and this is the best press I've ever used. 1 click pops out a cookie if your cookie sheet is cool, and I love the way it folds to go into the drawer for the rest of the year! come apart easily to wash, and my old disks from my broken presses of the past still fit this one. Love It and definitely reccomend it.

Right out of the box, this cookie press worked. I read all of the reviews before I purchased, so I was aware that the notches must be facing forward for proper operation. Besides that, use a narrow rubber spatula for inserting the dough into the tube. I followed the recipe and decreased the sugar just marginally. Ummm, ummm, good. I use it frequently for my three sons.
