I've used the press for one batch of spritz cookies. The press tube was easy to fill and operate, the trigger was easier on my arthritic hands than my old pump-action press. Unfortunately, before I finished the last cookie sheet the cogs were clicking and skipping. It wouldn't push the cookie mix out. Don't waste your money!

The spritz cookie press worked perfectly. It was easy to fill and to clean afterwards. Just use Wilton's recipe and follow the directions exactly. Great for volume cookie production (eg, baked sale or potluck).

It doesn’t work correctly. It clicks correctly, but cookie does not release onto cookie sheet. I would return it, but it’s not eligible for return. I would not recommend this product!

It works! With a little trial and error practice, you can turn out a real nice patterned cookie.

The dough has to be the right temperature. Once you load it up. It takes a few squeezes to get the rhythm going, the cookies come out quickly. Love it.
