I use this to make help flatten and pop the air bubbles when I make homemade pizza dough. Before I had this, my dough would rise like crazy while cooking and air bubbles would be everywhere, it messed up the cook completely. Now with this, I can actually make thin-crust pizza that cooks all the way through.

I absolutely love this thing. Worked great, rolls smoothly. Maybe not the prettiest kitchen tool, but the stainless seems to hold up well as it’s went through our dishwasher plenty with no signs of rusting. Way easier than stabbing your crust a million times with a fork! We used to use these at a pizza place I worked at and when I started making more things at home and I knew this was something I wanted to add to my odd kitchen tools collection!

This is very sturdy and is what you will see in most pizzeria's. I use it to roll on my dough before I put on my sauce and cheese and it helps keep the crust from rising to much. Staple to my pizza making now.

Does the job well, but the spikes/raised portions are a bit sharper or pointier than I’m used to, so it can easy make lots of little holes in your softer or warmer doughs when you go to stretch the dough after docking it. So be careful with pressure!

Wow this is the world's best dimpler! It's a little heavy and works like magic. Go ahead splurge on the cost you'll never regret it. Fantastic on Pizza Dough, Focaccia, Flatbread, & even Pie Doughs. It prevents the dough from blistering. Fantastic tool!

Very well made. My friend who is from Taiwan says I got lucky. Regardless of that, this was worth the money. It's going to last a long time. Also, it has a removable handle that can be replaced with a more ergonomic option if you know where to find it or fashion yourself.
