This is a solid commercial unit that runs consistently for days if needed. Solid timer functions and temp control. Powerful jet for larger containers. Not for home cooks who want phone app bells and whistles. Requires normal cleaning between uses or may have issues like other reviewer has had. Ordered my 2nd one. Knocked Amazon a star because once again, they delayed the order a day from original promise. Honestly, there is no advantage ordering from Amazon anymore. Their prices are full MSRP, and they can’t deliver to their promised schedule anymore. Might as well go back to Restaurant Supply- a few dollars less and they deliver to promise.

2 months of use and it craps out.... At this price not worth it at all better off getting a cheaper one.
