I've thusfar looked at three of the eight I ordered, and all are jacked up and bent. The dimensions are slightly larger than reported, too. I had been worried whether they'd be too small, but I have found they don't even fit in their intended containers! Fortunately, given what I needed them for I guess it doesn't matter too much. Of course, it would have been nice to have just what I thought I was getting... but I can bend or cut as needs be to get the job done. Might be worth taking an inch out of the width and welding each. Makes me wonder what's under the chrome... seems rather soft. But that'd be the best solution, so as not to have to buy again down the line.

I Bought 10 cooling racks from Tiger Chef.The quality of them was very poor.The finish was very rough and even cut me while I was attempting to smooth them.I had 4 old ones from Winco and the finish was smoothI purchased 32 additional ones also from Winco in a store and each one was smooth and well cromed.I think that you are selling second class or damaged products.

I purchased from Amazon.com two Stainless Steel Winco ICR-1725 16.5" x 25" cooling racks. They are just the size I needed and for the price are a good quality product. One was damaged during shipment. I contacted the seller, TigerChef, an received a replacement within 5 days. That was excellent service.
