We've purchased a feq of these and they seem to last longer than the cheapo badge holders but eventually the cords wear out these too.

I got this for my work place for my badge to swipe it. It made life so much easier because it was retractable. I was both able to represent Virginia Tech as well as use this at work.It works very well and made of good material.The only con about this is the retractable string is sort of thin, I feel over time it can wear and break.

I really like this badge holder. It is sturdy and looks nice. It is responsibly priced. I had purchased a different badge holder for a less price, but it broke in a week. The only thing I would like to add, it will only connect to a loop.
