Junk. Magnet’s are weak and don’t fit a 36” griddle as advertised.

These were easy to put on (after looking at the listing photos since they don't have directions)But after 2 weeks of use one of the magnets disconnected from the guard and fell off, 2 days later the other did as well so didn't last long with whatever adhesive holds the magnets into the guard

These are really easy to install.I mean, you simply stick them up against the sides of your griddle before you turn it on, and the magnets do the work.I noticed an improvement in the cooking time immediately.It was especially noticeable on the side that is exposed to stronger winds. Prior to using these, that side seemed to take longer to heat. You noticed it most with pancakes, lol.Did pancakes yesterday with the shields on and that side was consistent with the rest of the griddle, in terms of heat and cooking time.I also feel like there was less heat radiating out.They are heavy and feels weighty. They feel well-made and sturdy.The finish is pretty flawless, with no real bubbles or burrs in the paint.

I'm actually planning on using these on a 17 inch griddle on my RV. Whenever there's a breeze, it struggles to maintain the heat decently. This will help with the wind block and keep it working great. I"m excited to try them

These fit my older 36" Blackstone grill, but they don't stay in place on the rear. The side pieces are held down by the griddle itself as it has holes for the posts.The rear pieces use small magnets, and one was missing right out of the box. Never found it. I glued in another I bought at Harbor Freight, but now the others are popping out. See picture.The glue holding the magnets isn't strong enough to resist heat and vibration of shipping and prevent this from being a good product.

The side ones work good, there are slots for the griddle to go thru so they are secure. The 2 rear ones are junk, only 2 small magnets to attach. I was going to return but decided to drill 2 small screws thru the plates and back of my blackstone. They now work great. Little extra work but the price was worth it.
