Your cart is empty. For those suffering from slow or stuck (or down) windows: now the clip itself is available for your car. OEM do NOT offer the clips for most models; instead, you have to buy the complete regulator at high cost. The 'symptoms' of broken clip: - window moving slowly - slight tilt of the window on one side when going up - need help by hand to go up - window moving up slowly and reversing/going down. Those are signs of a broken clip. Chances are the 2nd clip breaks (at which point the window stays down), or the window motor burns out.

Purchased this RegulatorFix Window Regulator Repair Clip for my wife's E83 (X3). The right rear window isn't used that often so I expect a quality replacement clip to last roughly seven years as the original did. The same RegulatorFix part I installed in 2017 lasted until 2024. Unfortunately, the latest one I purchased and installed in June 2024 lasted until January 2025 - a period of only seven MONTHS. I'll order and try another RegulatorFix clip since they're still a bargain compared to the factory part, but if it ends up only lasting seven months, I'll move on to another brand.

great item....considering its pennies on the dollar .. its easy enough to install and its a quick fix to a potentially expensive repair... if your mechanically inclined to get the door panel off without damaging anything youll be ok fixing this yourself.. I do suggest to get some door panel clips bc getting the door panel off some of the clips will break ... the original ones become brittle and snap ... and it a lot easier to use new clips then to try to salvage the old ones... buy yes indeed this is a very good product to a very bad situation... when you go over a bump and your window opens ( btw I used golf tees wedged in the rubber seal to keep my window up until I got this part)

Not like OEM part. It would probably work, but it's missing the black dampening rubber buffer/bumper pieces that the OEM piece has. Vendor is not easy to work with on returns.

Appears identical to the OEM version it replaced, and it worked perfectly for a fraction of the price.

Works great. Installed it on an X3-05. Found installation instructions online. I did not needed to remove the window glass to install it. Tip: Install it from the bottom of window's glass rail. Then move it up toward the middle position to lock it with the window glass. A little of down force on the glass while securing the regulator in place will be needed to snap it in place.

with the exception of the plastic cracked, this fit just right. I'm happy with it. I would definitely buy this again, saved me a ot of money.
