Puller itself is made of weak metal that will bend out of shape. The plastic grip is stupid, shouldve just used a regular bolt so you could use a socket wrench. Expect to get one use out of this before its just trash.

I had some wiper arms that were really stuck on the spline shaft. The plastic knob on the tool spun off the screw before the wiper arm released. I replaced the screw with my own high-strength Allen head bolt and Allen wrench, and it worked great after that. I put a loose nut on the spline shaft to protect the threads. Then I alternated tightening the Allen bolt a turn and tapping it with a hammer. The wiper arms both popped off after a minute or two. The bottom fork part of the tool is very strong, even tough the knob part is weak. Wear your safety glasses.
