This was a really frustrating purchase. I bought this for my 2015 Ford F250. After dismantling the old wiper switch, I realized that the connections on the new switch were completely different. Now that the old one was all taken apart, I had no choice but to have my wife run me to the dealer to buy an original part and install it before dark. What a hassle and pain in the a$$ this was. Save time and buy original parts. These Chinese parts are no good.

Wipers on my 2018 F150 would not turn off - stuck on the lowest intermittent setting. Internet searches suggested this part would fix the problem, and it did quickly and easily.Multiple videos of this fix are easy to find. There are three 7/32" screws from the bottom of the steering wheel housing, then two T10 screws holding this part. Getting the housing back together was a bit tricky until I remembered the steering wheel adjusts in and out in addition to up and down - pull it all the way out and it's much easier.Easy repair - took twenty minutes.

It is a great fit and it works well .( For a while )Check for weak contact welds before installing . The contact connections on this item broke loose 2 months after I installed it. I ordered another and it was returned by USPS due to damaged packaging. . I resorted to buying this item through a known auto parts store with a lifetime guarantee. So for $10.00 more get the lifetime guarantee .

Below is my original review, I'm bumping it up from 1 star to 4 star for the customer support. Amazon made it hard to get warranty service inserting themselves between me and the seller with their generic chat bot that does not have options for warranty support, only returns and basic order level stuff, but don't give up, I was eventually able to get a call back from amazon and after explaining the situation to them they wrote the seller on my behalf and they could not send me a new part, but refunded me my original purchase, I ordered a new one from them and have not installed it yet, but I'm hoping for the best. It got cold out and the old flasher arm I had is not acting up to bad for the moment so it's staying in place till I the wipers really act up again...Original review below:At first I was SUPER HAPPY.Absolutely everything worked, all the negative reviews I had read didn't apply to me, the look and feel of this part was very much comparable to my original Ford Flasher to the point I didn't notice any difference. High beams worked, flashers, Wipers thank goodless all levels worked. Everything was just PERFECT. then not 2 months after installing my daughter had borrowed the truck and she calls me, NOTHING IS WORKING...I told her to use the 4 way flashers to signal to get home without detours... Thank goodness I had the old part still, I had not chucked it yet.I tested the truck and yes, the stick was dead. I removed it and was unable to get the old one in and after paying with it a good while I noticed that it was because part of the old flasher was still in there, the entire plug had snapped off of the stick so clearly everything made sense now.I removed the extra connector (See picture) reinstalled my old stick and I'm back to having the wipers acting up on us, but at least we have flashers in the meantime.So I'm back to square one with this one and out of pocket the cost of this part that didn't cut it.Maybe you'll have better luck than me, but be sure to keep your old stick to get you out of a jam should something like this hapen to you. I had the 2014 version.

My wipers would not shut off and I was told to order this. I was worried I was going to have to go to the dealership and pay hundreds to get it fixed. It wasn't expensive at all. It was super easy to install and everything works just like it did!. You do have to be at a weird angle to get to the bolts lol but for the price I paid compared to going to a dealer I'm happy.
