I ordered two of these on the same order. Unfortunately, they would not work for what I needed. I submitted a return request for both. I sent both back in the same package. I received a refund for both. They say one arrived and one has not been returned. I was charged again for the one they say I did not return. I contacted Amazon and was told this was taken care of. It has not been - I have a pending charge on my credit card.

It came without any screws. Also there was not any instruction to install them. I figured out how much space should I put between each parts.

These are exactly what I needed! I needed to be able to customize how far apart they are, because I have large crystal glasses, and tiny matching sherry glasses. Easy to trim down the ends to fit perfectly into my corner cabinet!

Works well! I used it for champagne glass and wine glass and martini glass. I wood glued it because I was installing it to the bottom of my overhead cabinet and it works very well✨

No splinters or cracks in the wood. Ready to paint or stain, A template would help make installation easier. I used painter's tape to line them up evenly and space them correctly after measuring with stem of glass for the correct distance in-between.I stained them to match the inside of the cabinet I put them in. Love it!

The wood quality was good, but I had to modify the holder to fit my thicker wine glasses. Be aware of that before ordering.

On my cupboard I had a lip where I had to get a piece of wood to attach but it was easy to install and look and work great.
