This was a great addition to our dining area. It seemed like it wouldn't hold up at first but once all the wine was loaded in and the stabilizer secured to the wall, it was great! We were pleased to get such a deal on a nice little product.

It’s pretty small, but it was nice to be able to use the feature where you can place it in your room and see what it’s going to look like.Fit well into our room.The drawer stop didn’t fit quite right but other than that the pieces went together easily.Lots of room in the cabinets for bottles.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews! It’s a nice piece of furniture. Arrived in perfect condition and all hardware was included. It did take a while to put together because it was difficult to insert the the small Allen wrench provided into the screws. Once the parts are laid out, it was easy enough to put together. Great value for the money. Fit perfectly in the space I wanted it in! Happy with my purchase.

First what I loved about this. The nice rich espresso brown finish with a medium gloss matched perfectly with my other furniture. The dimensions fit perfectly in my room. This piece was surprisingly sturdy. If you’re standing 5 feet away from it it looks like a high quality wine cabinet. It came well packed with no scratches or missing parts.Now for the bad news. Not one piece in that box was labeled with an identification letter or number. Between two of us we laid it all out, matched the pieces to the instructions and labeled each piece with a sticky note.The biggest 2 issues was one of doors had the predrilled holes on the wrong side (you don’t notice they are on the front of the door. They are very small so you won’t notice it standing 2’ away). The other problem was on one side of the cabinet they did not pre-drill the holes deep enough to put the adjustable shelves in on one side. But that was OK because I had tall bottles that I put on that side so I didn’t need a shelf.It does scratch very easy so be careful moving it.Even with all those problems I still love the way it looks.

First, it took 3 weeks to receive my order. Then, near the end of the assembly job, I noticed that there was a missing hinge and also a broken piece of wood in the top panel. I contacted Amazon and, after explaining that the furniture was very heavy and fully assembled, they offered to send me a free replacement with no need to return the defective unit. I was dumbfounded. The next day, not seeing the free order in my account, I contacted Amazon and got a different tune. The new agent said I would need to return the defective unit for a replacement, and they do not carry parts, which is all that I needed in the first place. So I balked and then they offered me a make-good discount which I ended up accepting. Still not satisfied, I sent a complaint email to the manufacturer and requested the parts. After 3 days, they replied that they would enter an order for the 2 parts. About 10 days later, I received another email confirming the shipping details. Still one week later, I received the parcel by Canpar with the two requested parts. At the end, it's a very nice wine buffet that fits well in my living room, so I'm finally a fully satisfied customer.

Some of the side boards were scratched. Wasn't finished properly in a lot of places. The wine bottle storage isn't held in, boards just sit in place. Drawer has no hardware. It's just a dowel that keeps it from sliding out. On the top some of the glass holders were curving towards the top so I had to bend them out. You can't fit 26 Oz bottles on a top and bottom shelf on the same side. Will not be buying anything from this brand again. Especially after buying something from Homcom a week prior and seeing the difference in quality of how someone cares how a product is finished vs. Something that would be impressive if a grade 9 shop student made it.

It arrived damaged like some of the other reviews indicated was likely. The instructions looked o.k. except the parts were not labeled, which I haven't seen for some time in this age of self assembly. It is wood and the finish was fair enough for display. The sides and dividers are very thin so I'm not sure if it will be sturdy once assembled. But, for the replacement (if it is not damaged) I am photographing each packing layer so I can put it back in the box and ship it back if need be. I, returned the first one that came back to Amazon for replacement because half way through unpacking, two pieces were damaged. The damage of one piece was from poor packing - packed on side of box with no protection and box is flimsy. Why??? The other appeared damaged at factory. If the next one is in this poor condition then I will send it back and not go for a third strike. Although the design looks great, Winsome has to work to bring up the level of quality because otherwise I predict that they will not be in business for long.Update - Second arrival. Upon inspection there was only minor damage, but quality assurance should be better. However, I listed the bad parts for potential replacement and decided to assemble it. I am happy to say: (1) All of the holes matched and all items, including the hardware were complete. Previously, I commented that the items weren't labeled. However, the instructions were simple and sufficient (2) When the bolts were tightened and everything came together, the result was that it is sturdy and stable. Where important it is solid wood, the finish blends together, and the minor imperfections give it some ambiance. I recommend that the manufacturer include a touch up stick as that alone would resolve a majority of the issues. As a result I am very pleased. Increasing to four stars.

Its not so strong or expensive looking but It’s looking pretty cute after my husband added some lightening there. I know about the woods a little bit so if you want to have something better quality wood then you have to be ready to pay thousands not hundreds. At the end of the day we get what we pay for. Just be little creative👌👌
