This broke removing the arm on my BMW on first use. One side broke apart so I kept going and the other broke off on the next turn. Just expensive junk. It's cast metal.

This is the most sturdy wiper arm tool I've yet to see. Unfortunately it won't fit on Touaregs, Q7's and Cayennes which are the most troublesome models.

This was 1/10 the cost of the BMW OEM tool and worked perfectly for my limited use. It's not a tool I would use everyday as a professional. I would not expect it to last for years of use.

This is a somewhat more expensive product than other wiper blade pullers on Amazon. But you get what you pay for. I used the other, more cheaper puller with metal t-shape twister and it bent almost immediately. Needless to say I returned the product. So naturally I was somewhat reluctant to buy another one but my wiper blades were really frozen on. But took a chance and I was elated I did. This is a metal, sturdy, well made product that fit perfectly on my 2013 Ford Taurus wiper blades. Using a 11/16 socket, the first blade popped off after about 5-6 good turns after tight…it literally took me all of about 30 seconds. I do not work for this company or am paid to write good reviews. This is just an excellent product that does exactly what is says it will do. I know it was made more specifically for BMW's but it fit perfectly under my Taurus.

I didn't purchase it for a BMW, It's used for other makes. It works good for my purposes. Jaws are adjustable and will fit a few different shaft diameters and seems sturdy
