Comes with lots of replacement cutting wires for a reason. The wire is a pain to replace and doesn’t last long before bending out of shape and coming loose. Only up side is it’s easy to clean.

Had to cut lots of cheese for a party. This made it very easy. Only downside was the wire would move so nothing was really the same size

I really like my cheese cutter.It is sturdy and cuts through the loaf size cheese. This is a heavy duty slicer that gets the job done.It is also reasonably priced!

Very poorly put together but works

Photo shows right handed cheese cutter. Seller sent left handed one. The cutting wire stretched on the first use. The wire is not always guided into the slot in the base leaving some of the slice uncut from the block. This is due to the play between the guide holes for the handle and the under size of the rod that holds the handle and the wire. I would not buy this again.
