This tracker mas amazing , we ran a mission trip from Texas , trough Mexico , Guatemala to Honduras and our Home base in Texas was receiving all the updates in real time till our arrival in Honduras . Great product , good battery life and exceptional signal strength.

Upon original purchase I had to reach out to CS to diagnose tracking issues. They were very attentive and quick to respond as well as try to help you fix the problem. In the end I had to exchange for a new one as the original had issues with the tracking.

I had been looking for a decent tracker for a couple of months until I found this one. My main requirements were: no contracts with any mobile or cellular operators, no recurring payments, reliable performance, and a long-lasting battery independent of the car system. It satisfied all my needs.It may seem a little expensive at first, but think about it: you pay once and can use it for years, while others end up locked into contracts or, worse, unable to stop payments even after canceling the contract.I highly recommend this unit for everyday use for everyone.

Great unit if you want to throw it in a purse or pocket but needs to be charged quite often. Tracking is good and easy to use. It’s nice that there’s no hidden fees or subscriptions. So I’m Looking at the higher battery life versions to see if they get decent use or not.

I have used several gps trackers from different manufacturers. This one is accurate and does many things several others dont do. This one is a lifetime service with purchase which is a bit expensive up front but we'll worth it in the long run. Best vehicle theft recovery insurance you can buy! I have used this now for several months and am still very pleased and impressed with this unit. It sends my phone and smart watch a message when the ignition gets turned on and off. It is very accurate as the exact location and speeds the car is traveling. This is a great device as a parent to have in a young drivers car to monitor their speeds and locations so you don't have to worry they made it to their location, or know if they left school to come home, etc. Fantastic GPS, easy to I stall, I recommend to all my friends with teen driver's.

We had the opportunity to do some initial short jaunts within 10 miles of home immediately after it was delivered, and I was suitably impressed. It tracked our travels to church and shopping and displayed the trips on the map in the Moto Watchdog app. And I received an alert on my phone each time I left our geo-fenced home base area.Recently, we returned from a 4-day outing to Florida's Colt Creek State Park and the device worked perfectly. It even managed to show the trip down the infamous Green Swamp Road, a route noted for lack of cell signals for several miles. I selected location updates every 3 minutes, but it can be configured for every 1 minute up to every 24 hours. Obviously, more frequent updates will have a negative impact on battery life. The unit goes into low-power "sleep" mode when inactive for a period of time and then will start up again when motion is detected. This saves battery life which should last for 4-7 days with normal use.The Moto Watchdog app will connect to multiple devices and can be used for fleet management. It keeps track of trips, speed ranges, and allows remote reporting of the tracker's battery life and changing the update frequency. It's not elegant, but perfectly functional.Overall, I'm more than pleased with this purchase, and I hope it will provide some peace of mind when we leave our trailer parked away from home.

1. The battery drains too fast, but take a long time to charge. If your on the long trip this tracker won't protect your car because battery is drained down.2. This devise is supposed to send messages to your smart phone when vehicle is moving, which it does. But i have been getting messages "Trip Started" or Trip Ended" when the car is locked up in my garage, some of them in the middle of the night.Imagine you are getting this kind of messages when you are away from home in the hotel room on the 4th floor in the middle of the night? You better run all the way to parking lot to check if your car still there!

First off let me start by saying I am not a Vine user and was not given the product for free to write a review. The unit works well. It has a good app that works with both iOS and Android and is easy to navigate. Battery life is Ok. You will have to charge often if you drive a lot. I have been charging it about once a week. I want to state how good their customer service is. At first I was worried about the battery drainage. I contacted them and they addressed my issue immediately. If the unit lasts a year or more it's definitely worth the $99. price mark. Save on that $15 a month subscription price you pay with other companies and get this device!
