It's really slow and it only charges my phone like a 40% and then it runs out of battery even when the case is fully charged and I'm not using my phone. It is convenient if you need that extra battery but it's not what it's advertised.

It will keep my phone charged all day. It takes a while to get the case to full charge but once you do, it is great. Will buy again if it lasts long enough.

After using it for a month the charging port has already worn down enough that it barely charges. It was fine at first but now it barely works.

For a product that's supposed to make life easy, it's very inconvenient.1. It can only give 1, 75% recharge for a 12k this is unacceptable. I had a 10k that would recharge 100% twice.2. It only takes the factory charger, which mean all your other chargers are useless.3. It doesn't charge fully over night, if you use it past 70%I got this because it promised longer recharge capabilities, but it has failed me in this regard.I will not buy again. Good thing I held onto my old one... I'll just recycle this and move on. Money wasted.

it fits and works properly, at 12k mah i was expecting atleast two charges out of it, it brought my phone from 15 percent to 80 percent and the case was dead. The phones battery cap is 5000 mah, id expect atleast one full charge out of the case. in a pinch it def helps but you pay for the size of the case. its pretty large. Overall i wouldnt purchase again, and wouldnt recommend it if you have the same expectations as i did.

Ya tengo un tiempo con ella, y la verdad me ha gustado me carga el cel sin problema, no dos cargas pero 1½ sin problema , eso si es funda de emergencia no recomiendo del uso diario pues es muy tosca y muy pesada
