How to pair Transmitter with Receiver：
1. Turn on the power switch of receiver and transmitter first;
2. Press the "MODE" key to select the Training MODE;
3. Press the "CH" key to select one of the channels A, B, C and D,and press the "CH" key for a long time at the same time. The greenarrow flashes and releases the hand, and the transmitter enters thecode alignment state;
4. Press the receiver power switch for a long time. After hearing thedrip sound, the gray icon of the receiver changes color, the receiverchanges to flash, and the code is successfully matched;(Note, at the same time, pressing and holding the transmitting andreceiving power on key can also check the code)

working principle：
1.When dogs are out of the setting range,the receiver collar will work as below:1.Sound for 5seconds,shock for 5second ,sound&shock for 6seconds,indicatror light flashing.
2.After 2 cycles of woring mode, it will emit di-di-di sound until the dogreturns to the setting range,then the receiver collar will stop

Receiver and transmitter will not pair up have tried to contact customer service with no resolve I would NOT recommend the product .

Not worth the investment. I have purchased three or four of these units and although they work they are quick to come off of your dog while your dog is out in a field and then you cannot find the tracker itself! Use to you could find and purchase a replacement collar for about $40, now all of these different wireless dog containment devices no longer carry a replacement collar so you are forced to purchase the entire unit again which is a complete and total waste of money. Definitely a way to control how much money you're spending with them and since they're all the same basic unit just varying names and looks slightly different they're all coming from the same companies overseas. Buyer please be aware this will be an empty money pit!!!
