I have had great luck with the Swiff Audio Blackwing model and thought I would give these a try. Unfortunately the set I received kept dropping the signal. It seemed worse once first connected. Sometimes it would re-connect and seem stable and other times is would continue to drop the signal. I was willing to try another set but noticed today the they are "currently unavailable"... Perhaps due to this issue? I really like the smaller size and USB-C charging port. Even the power switch change. Please correct the connection issue and relaunch the product!

Never had a cordless guitar connection before. What a difference! I can discern no degradation in tone quality, and I'm not having to always worry about tripping over the chord or snagging the guitar on something with the guitar cable. For gigs, these are the bomb!

Works great, sounds good! It actually has a bit more high end than my 20’ cable and sound virtually identical to a 3’ cord. Easy to charge. What’s not to like?

So far, so good. Actually, I am quite impressed. The previous pair that I had before was total junk, so I was very hesitant 2, get anything similar. However, I thought I would give them a shot. So far I have had no dropouts. Of course, these are just for myself at home. They seem pretty durable. I do agree with another customer that gave a review. They should look into having some type of case for them. I've played through them twice both times I was very satisfied as far as battery longevity and range. I will update everyone on my findings. Thus, the reason 4 only 4 stars

I bought two sets of these to supplement my Blackwings as backups. Every so often I get interference on the UHF while using my Blackwings, so I was initially looking for something in the 5Ghz range. There was no mention in the ad here on Amazon as to what the operating range was for the WS-100 series so I bought them hoping the manuals could provide that information. After receiving both sets, I tested them out and they seem to work well, but the manuals provided DO NOT state the operating frequency of these units.Given that I wrote to WestShell and asked for that information. Here's the reply I got:"Dear Customer.I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you!The frequency of WS-100 is: 903.1-924.7MHz. It's UHF.Thank you for pointing out our shortcomings. We will add this information to the product page. The warranty of the product is 1 year. You can contact me for exchange if there is any quality problem with the product within 1 year. Please feel free to use it!SWIFF customer service."So the WS-100 is yet another UHF band device. This isn't necessarily bad, but as I pointed out to them, this information is critical to anyone who is buying them for a specific application. Also note that it's been 5 days and they've yet to make changes to the advertised information. Apparently they aren't concerned about what you or I actually know about their product.I've only owned this set for about 10 days now, so I can't say anything about how well they will hold up over the long term. I'd say they at least work as well as their Blackwing line.

Hasta ahora han funcionado bien el único detalle ha sido que al conectar 3 dispositivos en solo un ocasión se me han intercambiado solos un par de dispositivos pero solo ha sucedido en una de 8 o 10 veces

I used a Swiff BlackWing set for the past 3 years and they finally broke. It was my fault, I just got so used to them I didn't treat them with very much care. Once they broke, I bought these as a replacement/upgrade. I was already happy with my previous Swiff wireless, so I stuck with the brand and I am not disappointed. I would recommend these as an inexpensive wireless guitar system for personal and stage use.

If you’re new to guitar gear, this wireless set replaces the cord that connects an electric guitar to its amplifier, allowing the player to move around without being tethered to the amp. Here’s what I like about the set:Its range is surprising. The manufacturer claims a range in excess of one hundred feet. Setting my amp at one end of the house and taking my guitar into the far corner of the garage, I was able to test it at about 80 feet. And remember, that’s 80 feet through walls. The sound was solid (no dropouts) and clear. So, unless, you’re playing an amphitheater or stadium venue, you’ll have plenty of range. The clarity is excellent. Although the units are rated at -85 dB signal to noise (which is okay, but somewhat less than high-end pro gear). Setting the amp volume to about midway, I didn’t hear any additional hum or background noise from the speaker. They pair automatically. Turn the units on and they pair immediately. Once locked, the connection is solid, without dropouts or volume changes. When buying a guitar transmitter, you get pretty much what you pay for. But in this instance, these units provide a lot of bang for the buck for an under fifty dollar set.The build quality is excellent. Construction is solid and the swivel joint appears made to last.Battery life is 4 hours according to the manufacturer. I didn’t use them for more than two hours at a time, so I can’t say for sure. A split charging cord is included that charges both units from a single 5-volt source. The transmitter and receiver units come with a 3.5 mm plug with the option to use a quarter inch phone plug (included). Most American guitar and amp manufacturers have standardized on the quarter inch connection, but once in a while, you’ll run into a situation where you need to convert to a 3.5 mm. You don’t need to worry about trying to find an adapter – it’s built in.Here's my only concern:One of the features is the ability to transmit to multiple receivers from a single transmitter – which is great if you have more than one power amp or are using several powered speakers. However, this may limit the use of these units to a single member of the band. Without the ability to change the frequency, two transmitters will create interference, cross-talk, and harmonics – which you don’t want. If someone advises me that I’ve missed something here, or a second transmitter can be used by making some kind of adjustment, I’ll remove this concern.Overall, this is one of the best wireless units under fifty bucks that I’ve ever used. And remember, you can use these to connect just about any line-level audio source or feed to an amplifier – which is when you’ll find those 3.5 mm connections useful. For the weekend gigging musician, they’re ideal. Highly recommended!
