I have to say I really appreciate the excellent customer support. They really tried to get me running but the item was not quite right for me. The instructions which came with the system were outdated, innaccurate and unhelpful. With proper documentation, I might have been able to get the thing going out ofthe box and reconnect the transmitters when I set them back to default out of desperation. Also, these really need a flexible cord to connect to the hdmi port - it's just too wonky to use as a rigid structure. So, get a helper to make the instructions, make the cord flexible, and use the highest quality plastic and buttons you can it it will be a winner.
