I ordered this headset to use with my laptop for work. It was incredibly easy to set up. You simply use the dongle to connect to your machine and install the hardware. I didn't like that there is a voice when it starts up, but otherwise it is good. The sound quality seems good and I didn't have any issues with the mic during my conference calls.

Thus far I’m liking the headset. It was easy to set up with my computer. I use it for work. The volume is loud & clear & also very lightweight. For those who wfh like myself it does work well with five9.

This is my third headset. Sound quality is very good. It is light weight and comfort to wear. It is so east to pair with my laptop. The charging dock is must to have in my opinion.

These wireless headsets are very comfortable to wear. The headset was easy to set up with my cellphone through connecting to my Bluetooth. They were easy to charge by placing the headset on the charging base with a C type charging cable. They completely charge in 2 hours and you can talk up to 26 hours , also standby time is 120 hours.These headphones are so easy to use, with the adjustable headband. They have a mute button on the mic, you can answer or end a call with the button on the ear piece. The volume up and down is on the side of the ear piece also.I love These headphones, so comfortable to wear, they fit perfect, the weight of them is barely noticeable. They they cancel out back ground noise while on a call. The clarity on these are very clear . I'm very pleased with my purchase of these headphones.

I bought this to hook up to my computer for calls and meetings. I use an Avaya VOIP product and the sound is great. It hooked up easily to my Dell. Great sound. Really comfortable head set. Very pleased.

Not impressed, this set only lasted 3 hours after charging the started cutting out and the mic quit working. I don't recommend this. Returning for a refund.
