I wanted this to work. It seemed to be designed well, and had good build quality. But it wouldn't work. After a few hours, the inside temp display would go blank. I though it might be a signal range problem, so I brought the sensor inside and sat it next to the receiver. It still wouldn't work. Removing and replacing the batteries in the receiver would reset it an it would operate for another few hours. Then the issue recurred.

I would prefer the unit displayed the outdoor temperature instead of the indoor temp. I realize it would probably cost more as it would require another sensor.

worked for 1 month. Now reads -48 degrees. Water on inside rusting component. Never again. Get what you pay for.
