So far so good. Best picture system I’ve ever had. Install was easy and instructions were in English! All 8 cameras online which is awesome! Only thing that could be better is the width of the camera view. Hope it lasts.

Great camera for the price. This is our second one to buy. We have one at our deer camp that we can check on our phones anytime from anywhere that has Wi-Fi. Cameras do need Wi-Fi to work on your phone. Can also set up using a monitor to watch inside the home.

Although this appeared to be a great system for the money, we have had nothing but trouble. Constantly glitchy and disconnecting via wifi as well as delayed performance. The phone seems nice although can rarely connect with the system. Customer support is in China so good luck trying to get help given the time change during business hours.

When at home - cameras can be viewed on your monitor with quality viewing with sharp images.When away from home - the app used to view cameras is very unreliable and is more focused on ads than providing a quality viewing stream. Furthermore, the frequency of disconnects through the app is unacceptable.I do not recommend this system - it will only bring the user frustration. And when you're away from home - you will be very likely unable to reliably view your property. There are far better camera systems to choose from than this ad infused app.

Got this as an upgrade to an earlier model that I got in 2019. The picture is sharper and the color more vivid, but it still disconnects as often as the old model and it lags even when the camera is just about 40 feet away from the base. Hence, I gave it only 4 stars.

I have had a 4 camera system from them for about 4 years. I wanted to move up to an 8 camera system. Bought the new 8 camera wireless system and installed in little to no time. Installation is easy. Setup is very easy. Cameras have great video quality. Easy to interface phone app. Would highly recommend this system to anyone that is in the market for a camera system.

The system set up was easy, the step by step process in the guide was very helpful. Cameras were up & running and with some play I was able to get remote viewing on my device. A camera issue with one of the cameras developed a couple months after purchase and the tech support team was great . They were on top of it immediately and guided me through the process. A replacement camera was needed and it is on its way. They continued with follow up, I did not need to prompt them, to let me know the status of resolving my issue. I would recommend this system and suggest you get larger capacity than what you may need should you want to expand your cameras at some point.

Easiest camera setup I've done. Provided you've got electric plugs where you want them... But the camera power cables are pretty long, so you get some wiggle room on placement. Works right out the box. Setup your HDD (black box/recorder) to your screen, connect it to your internet and then go plug in your cameras.They automatically connect and display the image after a few seconds.Picture quality is OK for a wireless, that's going to depend more on your internet. You aren't going to be reading any license plates or doing facial recognition past 15/20 feet. Where it really shines is the night vision! This thing makes it seem like daylight outside! It shines a long, long way... Easily 100 feet or more just from my testing. There won't be anything hiding in the shadows where these bad boys are pointing.Lastly, setup on your phone app was simple too. Download the app, scan the QR code that displays on the screen from your box, bing bang boom, you've got wireless access to your system. The app isn't great as far as user friendly goes but it works.I have not messed with any of the motion detection or notification functions yet. I'd expect to get 5 years or so out of these and be satisfied with my purchase.

NVR and Cameras were easy to set up and picture quality is superb. The Iphone app was very easy to set up as well. Customer service is good. I had an issue with setting up my laptop and had to reach out to customer support, Jamie was very helpful. It took a few tries to get the right software for my older Mac Book to get working but once it was downloaded it was a fairly easy setup I handled myself. I ran into another issue when trying to view at a different location, that was due to the fact that you have to work off a seperate Cloud IP address, so at home I click on one IP address and at work I click on the cloud IP address. Customer service walked me through that in short order. This system is fairly easy overall and I am by no means a tech savy kind of guy. Whenever I ran into a problem customer service was able to walk me through it over a few day period. They use skype to view your device and send texts, links and step by step instuctions, as well as video and voice. I recently returned a similar system from another vendor because of the total lack of customer support. I recommend this system, the picture guality is superb during the day and pretty good at night, I use this system on my shop and have an older system on my house and the technology has improved by a noticeable difference. Buy it, I think you will be happy with it.
