I purchased this for my 7 year old to use on a viola. It is comfortable and easy to put-on and take-off the instrument.

1 week after receiving this, I accidentally ran over it in a mini van and bent one of the brackets horribly. I was able to use pliers to bend it back and it's good as new. This is an excellent product.
