I was debating between this product and the wolfbox dashcam with two cameras and higher quality and this product that has three cameras but lower quality. I chose this product because I wanted a camera inside of the cabin and I really wanted to believe in the quality of Wolfbox. I have seen people with the version of two cameras and the quality is impeccable. The best dashcam I have seen. After trying this product, I would recommend getting the dashcam with higher quality. Although the quality is great in the day time, at night it is very bad. It does not have good clarity and the camera looks like it has astigmatism. When cars are behind me, all I see is a white orb that blocks most of the camera. I have attached a photo for reference, but it is even worse when a car is directly behind me.For the price, not worth it. Get the better quality camera especially if you drive a lot at night. Unfortunately, I will not be able to return for the other camera because it was a lot of work to install and I do not want to have to take it out and re-do this whole process again.I drilled a hole in my car to have the back camera on the outside. In the past, I had my dashcams on the back window, but because my back windows are tinted, the quality of the camera at night was very poor and I could barely see anything. However, now I wish I tried that first before drilling a hole into my car. I am not sure how the back camera would look on the inside against the back tinted window, but maybe it will help with the poor visual clarity due to the headlights of the cars behind. I cannot say. I wish I tried that before drilling a hole in my car but now I am stuck with it.

I have been wanting a dash cam for a while and I was very interested in the Wolfbox mirror dash cameras because of the clean look and functionality. I ended up not buying one since I have a 1 year old and wanted to be able to view my rear seat and see what he is up to. Then I found this model and it is exactly what I was looking for. There are 3 cameras/channels to view the front, inside, and rear of the vehicle. The inside camera was key for me. Opening up the box for the first time, the mirror is a bit larger than I expected, but in a good way. Everything is packaged nicely and organized so you can easily begin the install. It came with two wiring options, to hardwire or to use the 12v cigarette lighter. I initially just plugged it into the cigarette lighter so I could power everything up and verify that it all was working as expected. After doing a little more research I found out that my Jeep Gladiator had the exact 2 wires (ignition & direct to battery) already in the passenger footwell so I ended being able to hardwire it really easily. It boots up fairly quickly once the car is started and the recording also starts immediately. The protective screen film has some helpful directions for interacting with the mirror so take notice before peeling off. The mirror and menu is easy to use and the picture is clear. No it’s not 4K resolution but it is pretty clear, especially for a screen of this size. One thing I have noticed is that the interior facing camera can be a little washed out with light at times, but that also could be from I have it mounted. Another thing is that when all 3 cameras are being display at once, each image seems a little squeezed in left to right. It does not bother me, but I would say 2 at a time is the ideal ratio. I ended up putting the rear camera right above my hitch receiver and it gives a great angle.Overall the install was pretty darn easy and took a little over an hour because of how I chose to run/hide my wiring. This is a really cool piece of tech and gives great piece of mind. It may seem like something small but one of the best things I discovered is that when you turn the screen off while driving, the mirror still functions like an actual mirror! I did not know if the screen would always have to stay on or how it would look with being a display, but it rocks! This is the coolest dash camera/mirror/gadget that my truck has!
