These shoes have no support at all, and are quite hard. The leather part of the shoe does soften up, and that part is comfortable. They are really cute. Mine came with the seam ripped, so the soles will be coming apart rather quickly.And the reviews saying that they smell bad -- not lying! I almost threw up when I opened the package!So I'm on the fence about these. They are the exact look I was going for. Once you get used to the hardness of the soles (when all my other shoes are soft), they aren't too bad. I wore them most of the day yesterday.So on the fence rating is what they get :) If you need comfy shoes, do not get these. If your feet can handle just about anything, then these are worth it for the style.

Love the color and it didn't hurt my heel or arch due to having plantarfasciitis/ heel spurs. I ordered a 9 1/2 wide but when I walked in the sandals it was a little "Too" wide, which caused the sandal to rub against my pinky toes. I don't know if this ismy actual size or an orthopedic sandal, but "Maybe" next time with this "brand" of sandal, a 9 wide would be better. Overall, I gave the sandal away and ordered the sandal before this one.

Shoe size 10 Wide was ordered. There was not size information in either show. They are just poorly made. The shoe bed fit but the strap around the heel did not even meet. The straps were obviously too short and now I don't know what to do except return for a reimbursement. And I need a label to return the shoes which were shipped through U.S.Postage, very disappointed. I don't know what size you sent, but it was NOT 10 wide because that's what size I always wear. The strap are about two inches sort of be able to send through the claps in order to connect the Velcro on the strap thru the buckle to the Velcro on the shoe.
