I would have rather had this up in a higher position, however my Bird slipped off. We had to texture the board a little, and sit it lower down. Unfortunately she never utilized it. It is a great idea, just keep the texture in mind, especially with older birds. Thank you!

I got this platform nest along with a hanging one for my finches. I have 6 of them and they divide their time on these nests/platforms. They are very active birds and need things to keep them busy. This platform nest is made of sturdy wood and attaches to the side of the cage with a screws, washers and wing nuts. Easy to install and is steady even with all 6 birds on it. I recommend for small birds.

Bird needs some items for her large cage.Fits perfectly. Easy to install it. However my bird is only using the “nest” to watch TV. lol. The perch seems sturdy enough is made of real wood.

I really like this. The board and the inserts is great. Not sure why they would put rust hardware on this since items only cost pennies and it made it look not as nice especially if you are giving this as a gift.

Got this for a young dove, he loves it! This is his favorite spot to sleep.
