This is a great little ramp. There are no splinters sricking out and the metal hinges are small and out of the way. My bunny-child refuses to have anything ro do with it for now but out of the other ramp options avaialble on this site,i am very oleased with the quality for that price.

I bought this as a hidey AND as a chew toy for my guinea piggies. The girls love it! I also will put treats on it so they can climb and explore a bit. Have had it for many months now, and still looks good despite the little bite marks (haha). This can tip over, though, but it's only happened once, and it's because the matriarch of the muddle was going around shoving everything when she was grumpy (lol). Great piece! Would repurchase!

Anyone owning guinea pigs knows how hard it is to keep hay inside the cage. To avoid hay getting all over my piggy’s fleece I put all of their hay racks inside a plastic container but needed something that would allow the piggy’s to go in and out. This ramp was perfect in that the long length allowed it to not be too steep (which can damage a guinea pig’s back) and I loved how it folds so it worked as two ramps in one for me. Something I’d suggest to buyers is maybe adding rubber under where you put the ramp so it doesn’t slide around however even with sliding and three obese adult guinea pigs, the ramp hasn’t fallen yet and they use it everyday 😌

I use this several ways for my tripod bunny! He is missing a front foot and young and try to make things easier on his legs to prevent problems in the future...he also likes to take little nibbles on the edges! It is well built and good quality wood that will last and not easily torn up...verified by a pet who will try to eat anything! I got a great hand written thank you note with my purchase! I love that you can still support a small business online and especially one that has great customer service and a great product. Can easily be taken apart if you wanted to use as two separate ramps. It is raw wood so no stains, plastics, or paints to harm your companion animal and it’s not a piece of junk from performing or petsmart that is flimsy or will fall apart!

My guinea pigs love this bridge (especially the younger/ more adventurous one). While they don't climb up and over the ladder, they climb all over and under it. I've used the rungs to place different veggies and fruits on the ladder. They will hop up and grab them or climb rung by rung eating their way through. I've also made curtains on the side out of parsley, dill, etc. so they can eat their way through the hidey. Another use they love is stuffing the underside with hay so they can eat their way through and then use it as a tunnel to run through/ hide/ snack. My favorite part about the product is that it's made out of non dyed wood they can gnaw on. Overall, this is a hit and I've found many different uses for it in the past month I've had it. So glad I found this product on Amazon!
