PLEEEEESE do not buy this toilet. Faulty manufacturing. Persistent low water level despite multiple flushes. I had to uninstall mine and buy a different product. Total waste of time and money.

Can't imagine getting excited about a toilet, but this one is great. Excellent design and works perfectly. One piece so will be easy to clean. Great buy!12/12/23 - Unfortunately, this toilet is not so easy to clean! The underside of the lid is a maze of crannies and places for dirt to hide. There are a couple of places you can't even get into to clean. Spend waaay too much time cleaning this area based on the ads.We are definitely not as happy with this toilet as we had originally thought/hoped and wish we had gotten more info before ordering. If you are considering, suggest you look elsewhere.7/24 - Not happy at all. Doesn't clean itself well, not enough liquid nor does it hit vital places with water when it cleans itself. The lid is a mess...scratched and old looking. Would not buy this toilet again. Very, very sorry we bought this one!!! SHOULD BE ONLY 1 STAR OR NONE!

Once installed, the water level in the bowl was very low. We communicated with Woodbridge to see if there was any way to raise the water level and after multiple suggestions about potential adjustments/installation tips from them, the final answer was that was how the water level on this toilet came and there was nothing we could do about it. If you don't have a proper water level in the bowl, waste can get stuck to the bowl. $400 literally down the drain and since we did not feel we should have to live with an inferior water level, replaced it with a Kohler. Now we have a proper water level in the bowl. It's too bad people have to purchase toilets and don't find out the innuendos of the toilet until it is installed and too late and they can't be returned.

Beautiful toilet. But unless you like cleaning the inside of your toilet daily, don’t buy this. Even the full flush doesn’t remove all the waste a lot of the time.

Delivery was great however, the date for delivery kept bouncing around (Wednesday no delayed to Thursday, 6 digit code provided on day of delivery. Time window was 7am to 5pm)This actually fit in a small guest restroom as pictured. This is a 12" toilet however it's design allows it to be installed on a 11" rough. Install took the plumber 30 minutes. The quality is comparable to a $600 product. Customer service has been outstanding. I called the Norwalk location several times before I made the purchase with questions and they always answered professionally. I was never asked if I owned the product. The customer service made me decide to purchase this toilet.I added a simple LED night light with motion sensor for middle of the night use.

This was our second purchase of the same to Toilet we liked the first one so much. One complaint. I am very.handy and struggled to install in a tight location. May want to have a plumber install if not handy. Water coming through the ceiling would not be good. Overall, plan on buying a third and fourth when we remodel our other two bathrooms.
