she trimmed the hedges. Personally I was shocked that the 14 year old enjoyed and wanted to do it. Her father supervised her and she did a very good job. The Chinese Holly now does not scratch the cars as they go up and down the driveway.

I tried to cut a rosemary bush it didn't cut anything it is so dull. Don't waste your money. Now I'm stuck with it.

First time used today and really light, comfortable on the hands, very sharp and functional product real easy to cut & trim the bushes, much more better than the fiskars were too heavy had to returned.

Massive hedge weed overgrowth and these were the best. So easy to cut through tough stuff and extension was clutch to the back area. Better price point than retail.

UPDATED: Customer Service responded via the Amazon review and replaced the shears under the forever warranty at no charge. I prefer doing business with American manufacturers whenever possible and was impressed by the professionalism of the customer service team member that assisted me and how quickly the new shears arrived. Thank you my faith is restored.Bought the heavy duty shears less than a year ago, pivoting pin fell out now useless .As for the forever warranty customer service never responded.

I do wish they were a little sharper. It takes a lot of force to cut through small branches and the like. The little plastic yellow thing that absorbs the shock of them being banged together during those difficult cuts has already halfway come off because of it. I sharpened them myself with a rotary rool and sharpening disc which seems to have helped a little.They look nice. Price was reasonable. I haven't found a pair that is any better at this price point, so I'm still giving them 4 stars.

en su primer uso me funciono muy bien, se utilizo para cortar pasto, en su segundo uso corte pasto y quise cortar un arbusto y empezo a aflojarse, como que solo cortaba una parte, para su tercer uso en pasto ya no cortaba, el producto es demasiado caro como para que no dure nada, siento que la idea de diseño era buena pero pesimamente ejecutada.

No sharpness at all these are blunt and thick making it hard work to get through even thin little branches on my bushes.
