This took me so long to find on Amazon. I was looking for a tool exactly like this and I’m glad I found it! It is VERY durable, easy to clean, comfortable in my hand and gets the job done!! If you need a trowel for bulbs, this is what you want!! It’s solid!! It’s dumb to say but this is my favorite tool and my neighbors always want to borrow it and I say no….no one takes my precious!!!

It works well, but be warned you will have to get on your hands and knees to use the tool.I like the rubberized grip surface. To get better leverage I put the palm of my hand on the end, I wish the top of the end had the rubber coating too.So far this is the best one of these type of tools that I have found so far.

The last trowel I had bent every time I used it - it had a plastic handle connected to the spade with a thin piece of metal that bent with much pressure. This one is a solid piece of thicker metal that will dig without bending. I am very pleased with it.
