If you think each color is a continuous piece of roving it is not. The texture is rough too which is probably ok for felted soap but not for wearing.

First, this was easy to needle felt. I loved all of the colors, but I would like the option to order more individual colors as some I will only use as core for creatures.I think this is great wool. Having said that, I don’t think that I will use it for a top coat again. It’s very hairy so it took a ton of stabbing and trimming to get a really smooth finish. This seahorse is all from the Wool Buddy pack.I needed a light blue for a bear, and needed it quickly. It was for the undercoat so it worked well.
