I bought this 3 months ago. I only used it twice. When I had to do some serious shredding, I used it for about an hour, and the shredder stopped working. I waited until the next morning to use the shredder again, and it made the clicking noise and the blades did not turn forward or backwards. I would recommend this for very light use. I am not pleased with this product, and would not buy this Woolsche brand again.

It jammed right away using it. The reverse bottom did nothing to fix it. I only fed it single sheets. Customer support hasn’t got back to me yet either. Dissatisfied highly. Buyer Beware!

Great price and works very well (home use). It shreds into very small pieces ( level 5), much smaller than level 4. Very happy with my purchase.

I would say this is the best shredder for this price point, so far loving it.

This shredder has been put through the paces and passed eith flying colors. I shredded enough documents to fill a 55g trash bag. It would not like it when I loaded more than 3-4 sheets but it crunched through other things just fine leaving the shredding extremely small and satisfactory destroyed. It was not really loud and seemed to have a regular noise level.

I was not comfortable with the larger shred size of P-4 shredders. P-5 is much more comforting. This shredder advertises 5 sheets. I fed it up to 3 sheets and you could hear it grunt a bit. It's perfect for light use, like shredding monthly bank statements, paystubs, etc. This would not work well for shredding piles of historical papers (look for a bigger machine).

You have to lift off top with motor to empty basketSturdy construction.Small, but looks elegant.Unplug and clean cutting rollers with a q tip. Turn off machine when not in use. Occasionally use shredder lubricant paper- easy to use to keep machine running like new.

Super tiny micro cut results. So far so good. This is a nice upgrade from the shredders I’ve had in the past. (Amazon basics was decent, Bronsen was terrible)It’s a relatively small shredder compared to others but it works really well.

I shred very little in my office, but the plastic "blades" broke on this unit yesterday while shredding 4 sheets of paper. The crosscut shredding part is GREAT, but can't recommend it. Ordered 10/9, it arrived a few days later and died on 12/10. Spend more money and get a good one.

It works as described. It isn’t meant for heavy use, it will shut down when overheated (I had a 10 inch pile of documents to shred) but comes back to life after some down time. Perfect for my home office. Happy with this purchase.

If you're looking for a shredder that will grind up all those Amazon sticky address labels without jamming, this just might be what you're looking for. That's primarily why I bought it, and it does the job.For labels that can be peeled off, I stick them to scrap paper before feeding them through. For those that can't be peeled off, I just cut the box and remove the top layer of paper (this shredder is meant for only 6 papers at a time, so don't think it'll cut thick cardboard). With the plastic shipping bags, I just cut out the label, and the shredder grinds them into little pieces without any issues. As far as run time goes, by feeding in only 1 or 2 pages at a time, I filled the container twice without it overheating or shutting off. Giving the container a quick shake periodically to level out the contents, results in more shredding and less emptying. With all that said, if you're wanting to grind cardboard, unopened junk mail, or thick paper stacks, I highly doubt this will be what you're looking for. It does do the thickness of birthday or other such cards just fine. For the price and a P5 security level, this has exceeded my expectations so far.
