After I put this shell on my controller, both my left and right triggers started clicking; there was resistance because they were literally hitting the shell itself as they were being pressed in. It made FPS games unplayable. The bumpers don’t feel good either, and my right stick is now getting stuck to the right physically whenever I press it to the right.I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I left the original sticks on just because of preference of feel, the provided sticks are a little plastic-y. The triggers would not work with the controller grips, which definitely sucks a little since I chose this for the added grip. The sync button is incorrect and can't be installed, but honestly I could care less about that, it is so small you can barely tell. Xbox doesn't make taking apart controllers easy, so know what you are doing before trying. I was fine, but it would be easy to get lost. Buttons all work fine.

Once I got it in the mail, I was so happy that it looked the same as what it did online, it is pretty okay to install on the controller, nothing to crazy. It might be something I did, im not 100% sure, but once I got it all put together and tested a game (dead by daylight) the A and the Y button are EXTREMELY hard to push. Took it apart and cleaned the silicone and sensors where the buttons are and its a little bit better to push but not by much. Again could have been something I have done but it seems kinda weird that it was working before I got this case for it. Also to add, it comes with screws to change out, which is cool but it was missing 4 screws for me to replace all the old ones with. so thats another down on that.

I had ordered this one and a white marble set as well. The faceplate was perfect, no complaints. The buttons however had to be taken out due to them not registering an ABXY button press unless you mashed it. The hand guard pieces didn’t fasten properly to my controller pieces either and I definitely made sure my controller model was the same as this product described. I’d say this product is more so for someone looking for just aesthetic instead of performance due to some pieces not fitting just right. I’d just say suck it up and customize your own controller on the Xbox store or website, even though it’d be about 5x as expensive.

Only thing it didnt have was a spare side for the battery tray other then that they shipped all the tools you need.
