Why can't someone manufacture a gizmo to hold a phone that actually fits the phone and a human wrist? Another item for the trash.

I like the fit of the band and it’s very functional while being comfortable and easy to remove if needed. I use during my workouts and my phone stays in place.

There are better alternatives than this.While there is ample room for most modern phones and a few sundry (flat) items, I just cannot get this to stop rotating while running or biking! Whether on the upper or lower arm - with or without sleeves beneath it - it slides all over the place (regardless of how tight I pull the strap mechanism.It appears to be well made and is well packaged. But it’s poorly designed and really just doesn’t work for anyone who has an athletic, but slim, body type. Look elsewhere: other options are better.

I'm a fairly active guy. I walk my dog 2 - 4 miles a day, I work out every other day, and I volunteer in Search and Rescue. In other words, I'm outside a lot. I normally carry my phone in my pocket or in a piece of gear I'm using, but it's never ideal to quickly access my phone. When I saw this little holster I had to try it.It uses rubber bands to hold the phone in place, which is how it's a universal holster. I have a Note 20 Ultra, a pretty big phone, and it barely fits, but it does fit. The holster rotates on your arm, and there's a push button to release the phone.The strap is a bit on the small size. I wanted to wear this on my upper arm, but it barely fits and is really snug. I would most likely have to use this on my forearm, which isn't ideal. It does seem to hold pretty well, and while I would inspect those rubber bands routinely to make sure they aren't tearing, so far I'm not too concerned about it falling out.Overall this is an okay holster. I have fairly big arms, so if you don't this will probably fit you a lot better. Knowing this limitation I can recommend.

Well I think this could be helpful for just about anyone who wants to move around while keeping their phone handy but not having to hold onto it, I also suggest considering this as an aid if you have limited hand function/mobility, as I do.My grip in one hand is limited enough that it doesn't feel safe to actually use it to hold onto many things, including the phone, in order to use the other hand to actually USE the phone. For this reason, I'm pleased as punch at the functionality of this. It is a bit tricky (with just one good hand gripping) to get the phone on its rubber straps, but once they are on, the device holds the phone firmly. Attached to the wrist or arm of my "bad" hand, I can easily use my "good" hand to operate the phone without the aid of my bad hand.I'm often out walking while streaming something on YouTube or Rumble, picking programs that I don't have to watch the whole time (so I can safely walk!), but sometimes I do want to glance down at the phone or even stop to watch a particular part of whatever I'm listening to. This wrist/arm attachment works perfectly for that, so I'm free to swing my arms while walking or running, but have instant access to whatever is streaming on screen, as opposed to having to pull it out of my wallet and unlock it, missing half of what I was trying to watch in that one passage of the stream. That makes this a game changer for me!I love the fact that I can quickly detach the part of the device that connects it to your phone — handy if a phone call comes in and I don't want to look like a 1960s spy by having to hold my wrist to my ear :)I also like the fact that it's Velcro-adjusted for tightness, as opposed to being like a wristwatch with holes that have to match with a bar. This Velcro design means infinitely adjustable options – which is why it works not only on the wrist but on the upper arm as well.Also ingenious is the inclusion of the feature that lets you position the phone in any of 360° of a circle, which means you can use this just as easily for the right or left arm.The only thing that makes this a little less than perfect is that it is described as a WRIST phone holding device, and yet I found it difficult to get it tight enough to strap it to my wrist. Sure, because it's my bad hand, my wrist is thinner than that of an average man, but it is still bigger, I would imagine, than the wrist of most women.Mind you, there is an easy solution, so I didn't knock off too much from the rating for this; the solution is to remove, or at least lift up, the flap intended to help you keep a wired headset handy. With that flap lifted up out of the way, it gives me an extra inch of tightening on the wrist strap. Problem solved. It just seems strange to me that something described as being for carrying my phone on my wrist doesn't actually work for that the way it's designed, at least not without cutting off or at least lifting out of the way that cord flap.

When I walk every morning, I always put my phone in my shorts pocket and it drags my shorts down. This works wonders and I love feeling a bit more free on my walks. The phone not only is important for safety but also for music. I find listening to my favorite tunes puts a bit of pep in my step. I don't know how I got by without this.
