I was skeptical about how sturdy these might be- but rest assured- they are great quality. The size is a regular dinner fork, very well made, feels good in the hand and will hold food cause it has a slight curve to the tongs. Because my water leaves spots, I dry immediately to avoid rust. Is definitely a great value for the money. I also purchased the shorter fork and they are also of great value.
