Made a world of difference on my 99 4runner. Helped my fuel milage and the truck starts quicker and has more power. You do have to bend the fuel line to the driver side just a little. Bolts should only be snug, the fuel rail will crack if you go too tight.

It does work as intendedHowever you nees to bent the lower pipe a bit to match the Oem one after that ot works 100% but I think the manufacturer needs to make corrections or changes to this product in order for other people to be able to use it out of the box.

This part is not for a 96-02 4Runner. Orings are way too big and the inserting side that goes into the fuel rail is too wide. The nipple is also straight out where as an OEM one has a 45 degree curve. Had to be forced in, we thought it fit, which then cracked my fuel rail. If this part would have fit right I wouldn’t be out of an extra $100 for a new rail. DO NOT BUY
