Purpose for Product: Will be using these X-BULL straps to secure con-x boxes during transport to a mountain site.Product Inspection: Really heavy box containing (10), 4"x30' red truck ratchet straps. Edges are reinforced with black stitching. The sturdy metal hook is secured with the overlap of strap and 5"s of cross stitching, see photo. Advertising indicates the straps are DOT and WSTDA approved but I could not find any labeling on the strap to announce that, would be nice if it was attached.Summary: Unrolled these things to look for defects and it took a while-found nothing obvious. They are going on the trailer to haul con-x boxes to a mountain site. Have no reason to suspect the straps will not perform as needed or intended. Price-point is in line with others.

These are really nice straps and at a 10-pack, a great value for what you get.If you are looking at 4inch straps, then you probably know what you are doing and what you are getting. These are just as well made as any others that I have had and long term durability I'm sure will depend on how you maintain/store them. I would definitely get these again but ten will last me a long time!

These 4” straps are heavy duty. The flat hooks are deep to provide a stable tie off point. The green color stands out as it is bright. The straps are rated for 6000 pounds and a breaking strength of 18,000 pounds.
