The drum was defective. Xerox manufacturing problem. Prior drums purchased have been excellent. Awaiting response from Smart Toners.

This is a real Xerox product. Double wrapped and shipped promptly. It was a simple matter to slide out one cartridge and replace with another. Works flawlessly.

Cosa posso dire di un tamburo per stampante? Rispecchia quello che dovevo prendere per la stampante, il pezzo è assolutamente originale e come dicevo, il prezzo molto concorrenziale (il piu basso di quelli che avevo visionato) e i tempi di consegna sono stati velocissimi! Grazie Amazon
