I was tired of hitting my leg on the plates as I would walk around the bike. The plate always seemed to be in the way. I looked at modifing my original but I didn't like the look of jimmy rigging it. I found this and bought one for my Indian Scout and loved it so I bought a second one for my wifes Scout too. We both have been very happy to how it looks, and uses the original plate light. Very well made.

Exactly as described. If you have an indian scout you want this kit. Good directions fits with your OEM equipment and light. Worth the $ if you don't want to trip over plate every time you turn around. Happy with the purchase.
