Some reviews said it didn’t fit their MT07? Fit my 2024 fine. I spliced the oem connector for the license plate light into this one. OEM turn signals fit good.

Pretty simple to install, you do have to splice into the wires to get the LED license plate light to work but that’s pretty easy if you know what you’re doing. I wish I got aftermarket turn signals at the same time, because this bracket does support aftermarket signals and OEM, but if you install OEM signals into it you have to cut off the pieces that would allow you to mount the aftermarket lights on. So if you intend on using aftermarket signals, install them at the same time otherwise you won’t be able to afterwards. Also make sure you don’t mix up the left and right signals when you put it back together, I made that mistake and had to take it all apart again. The screws on the OEM signals face down!Overall good product and I’m glad I got it. It does the same thing as the expensive ones, it’s the same quality, but it’s a fraction of the price. Plus it makes the bike look way better

I saw this mount listed on another site as fitting the CFMoto Papio ST 126cc so I bought it on Amazon for less with prime shipping and indeed it does fit. Only 2 mounting bolts align buy it’s plenty stout enough. Wiring is plug and play. Improves the looks and rear tire clearance greatly over the stock rear fender.

Bought these for my MT07 (2024) and it’s a direct fit. Only thing I wish I didn’t have to cut the wire for the license plate light but overall great. Very sturdy and looks great. You can mount OEM turn signals on it as long as you cut the inserts from the sides where they have the holes for turn signals. I advise using a metal cutting tool such as a dremel to cut it, the tool it comes with to cut it is very annoying to use.

Overall, quality product. Tag light is bright and aftermarket blinkers fit well. Used for another bike than listed but increased visibility of tag and blinkers. Satisfied customer!

Easy to install, works well and seems sturdy. I would recommend. The more expensive options have no more value or features and are like 3 times the price.

The wire routing hole, between the 4 machine mounting screws (in the picture) is not large enough to fit the factory blinker connector. You can drill it out, but it may look like a hot mess if you don't repaint it. I routed them up the back, which is not what I would prefer, but still worked. Also, the reason I got this kit, was the license plate light. It is very bright. BUT it seems to be aimed at the driver behind you a bit. It could be aimed down slightly more. People may like it, since they will be more visible to the driver behind you, and it DOES light up the license plate AND the ground behind the bike, while you are in the dark.

I've always wondered how my 2016 FZ-07 would look with one of these on. Problem was, I didn't buy others' claims that you'd shed a good amount of weight by ditching the stock fender bracket, and at the time I discovered Fender Eliminators, Yoshimura was the only seller I could find and I wasn't about to to spend $130 for an aesthetic tweak.I found the price of this Eliminator much more agreeable and bought it. You're getting what you pay for here.....First off, yes, a Fender Elimintator will drop a few grams off your bike. But I'm not a racer, and I'd rather focus on losing weight off myself, not my bike. Second, this kit is OK IF you're handy with certain tools, like a soldering iron, AND if you have extra fasteners laying around. Now, onto the kit itself. Mine did not come with ANY instructions. It also did not include the M3 nuts that are needed to secure the new LED license plate light onto the bracket.I'd like to give a shout out here to fellow reviewer Eddie, for sharing that he tried to stick with the stock license plate light and learned it doesn't fit. That saved me the grief of attempting it and coming to his conclusion, and made me accept I'd have to cut off the stock light and splice in the LED light that comes in this kit. I also followed his wiring instruction, blue wire to yellow, and black to black, and my light worked fine. Thank you Eddie!Thankfully, I had an assortment box of metric fasteners, so I sourced the M3 nuts myself. I also turned to YouTube for instructions on how to remove the stock fender and install this kit. I used instructional videos on the Yoshimura kit, since it was close enough. As far as I'm concerned, you can crimp on some connectors to the bike's wiring of the license plate light and the lead wires for this kit's light, but I chose to directly solder this kit's light's wires directly to the bike's wiring. Also, you will need to cut or rip out some flash pieces in the bracket's turn signal cutouts. I just stuck with the stock turn signals despite many choosing to install aftermarket signals, and once I ripped out the flash pieces (using pliers and a vise) and filed down the leftover material, the stock turn signals dropped right in.So.... How bad do you want a fender eliminator on your FZ/MT-07? People seem really happy with the much more expensive Yoshimura kit. I'm really satisfied at the price I paid for this kit, though it took a lot more work and modification, some of which I feel is not necessary.I think for a few dollars more, Xitomer can crimp on the appropriate connectors so you can literally just plug in this kit's license plate light, instead of cutting off the stock light and soldering/crimp-connecting this kit's light in. I think they can cast these brackets so there isn't any flash pieces to remove, and I think they can be more cautious about ensuring proper documentation AND parts are included in these kits. So, if you want more of a "drop in" option, you may have to cough up for a more expensive kit. If again though, you're handy and don't mind some soldering and improvising as you work, and have access to extra fasteners, you'll save a lot of money by buying this kit. It took some struggling, but I did get this kit installed with no damage and my FZ-07 does in fact look better because of it.
