The hood ornament is just fine...but there are no nuts provided for the mounting screws. Well, off to the hardware store I suppose. - John Pannell

Solid aluminum. Nice quality. I used it as a hood ornament on my 2006 ram 1500 mega cab and it looks great!If you're going to use it for this application, put down a line of RTV between the bolt holes on the hood. This fills in the slight difference in the curvature very nicely.

After removing the studs, I was able to loosen the fenders and screw it from underneath. Looks awesome.

Like this ornament. Don't mount it yet on my bike, but I'm sure it will be suitable for mi Honda Shadow Phantom 2014 (matte black).
