Yes it fits, yes it works, but keep it in your cart if you get it because you're going to need a new one every 4-6 weeks

It worked for 1-1/2 months before starting the on...off... thing (it went bad). And I just threw out the box last week and it’s no longer available.

First bulb blew and sent glass inside the TV.Second bulb turned on and off every 30 seconds. Wires are half the size of an OEM Phillip's bulb
